Creating Your Account

Invite code

Tesseract uses an invite-based registration system. You’ll need a valid invite code to sign up. Ask an existing user or admin for one.

Email & password signup

1. Navigate to the Tesseract login page.
2. Click Create one below the sign-in form.
3. Enter your name, email, password (minimum 8 characters), and confirm password.
4. Enter your invite code.
5. Click Create account.

Google OAuth signup

1. On the registration page, click Sign up with Google.
2. Complete the Google sign-in flow.
3. You’ll still need to provide an invite code on first sign-up.

Logging In

Email & password

1. Enter your email and password on the sign-in page.
2. Click Sign in.

Google sign-in

1. Click Continue with Google on the sign-in page.
2. Select your Google account.

Your First Conversation

1. After signing in, you’ll see an empty chat with the placeholder “Message Tesseract…”.
2. Type a question or prompt and press Enter (or click the send button).
3. A thinking indicator will appear while the AI processes your request.
4. Blocks will stream in one by one — text animates with a typewriter effect, while visual blocks (tables, charts, diagrams) appear once complete.
5. Your conversation is auto-saved and will appear in the sidebar for easy access later.
